Our Policy
You may return or exchange most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to get the process rolling:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship It Back: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address below using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Timing & Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
- Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via your original shipping method once the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Harness Accessories (e.g., spreader pads, hook knives) that come into direct contact with the body.
- Hats (for hygiene reasons).
- Opened or used Hardware and Hydrofoil Parts (small components critical to safety).
- Kite Leashes (safety equipment).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
