Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to get you the gear you need, wherever you chase the wind.
Order Processing
We get it, you want your new gear now. We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment clearance.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Choose the shipping option that best suits your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships. Perfect when you need your board or kite in a hurry.
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it ships. A great, cost-effective option for non-urgent gear.
Please Note: All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey to you!
Our Returns & Exchange Promise
We stand behind the performance and quality of our equipment. If your purchase doesn’t get you stoked, we’ll make it right.
You may return or exchange most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
The Return/Exchange Process: Simple & Straightforward
- Contact Us for an RMA Number: Email our stellar customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Pack It Up Securely: Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals. Your gear should be in the same condition it arrived in.
- Ship It Back: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your package to the address below using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refund Timing & Method
- Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We will ship your new item via your original shipping method once the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Harness Accessories (e.g., spreader pads, hook knives) that contact the body.
- Hats (for hygiene reasons).
- Opened or used Hardware and Hydrofoil Parts (small components critical to safety).
- Kite Leashes (safety equipment).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
