We specialize in high-quality wind sports equipment including:

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment clearance. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.

We ship globally with some exceptions (Asia and certain remote regions are excluded). Please note the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Cost: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping

Available for orders over $50 via EMS
Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

All delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors beyond our control (including customs processing, weather, or carrier delays) may affect delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and note any damage with the carrier immediately.

We want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
5. Ship your package to our return address using a trackable and insured method.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Harness accessories that contact the body
• Hats
• Opened or used hardware and hydrofoil parts
• Kite leashes
• Any item not in its original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error (such as sending the wrong item).

As a user of our website and customer of our shop, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase
• Use products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and for their intended purposes
• Understand that wind sports involve inherent risks, and use appropriate safety equipment
• Check local regulations regarding the use of kiteboarding and hydrofoil equipment
• Pay all applicable taxes and customs duties for international orders
• Not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its proper functioning

Windglide Surfing Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, and utility or communication failures.
